Mbongi Village Papa Titos Sompa A renown dancer and choreographer, Titos is especially noted as a master Congolese drummer, percussionist, and kalimba player. He is also a gifted singer, composer, recording artist, and storyteller. In 1988, Mr. Sompa founded Mbongi Dance Theatre Project and has been based in the Ann Arbor area since 2000 where he collaborates with his brother, Biza Sompa, and has been an invaluable resource to the Bichini Bia Congo company.
